| HANDICAP PARKING SPACE/BASKET BALL COURT HOURS |

We have added a handicap parking space in the basketball court area. If the handicap parking space is needed it will have priority over the area being used for basketball.
If space is not being used then the basketball court hours are from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Regular Parking is permitted in the basket ball area from 8:00 pm to 10:00 am.
Violators will be towed away at vehicle owners expense.

| ILLEGAL PARKING |

We have and will continue to tow illegally parked vehicles from the guest parking lots. Please follow the Arroyo Seco Village Rules and Regulations. Tenants if you do not have a copy of the Arroyo Seco Village Rules & Regulations, ask your landlord for a copy.

| INSURANCE |

Having your own insurance coverage along with loss assessment insurance for earthquake is greatly encouraged.
Remember if you cause damage to your neighbors unit or the common area you are personally responsible, not the Homeowners Association.

| RECYCLE CONTAINERS |

Arroyo Seco Village has eight recycle containers at the complex.
The eight (8) blue recycle containers are located by the basketball court.
If you feel that more recycle containers are needed at the complex, please notify the property manager via email.
